Our 11-gauge heavy-duty garage door hinges are built for demanding commercial and industrial applications. Made from extra-thick galvanized steel, they provide the strength and durability required for large, heavy, and high-cycle overhead doors used in warehouses, service bays, and storage facilities.
These hinges are engineered to resist bending, cracking, and corrosion while maintaining smooth, reliable door operation through thousands of open and close cycles.
Hinge Numbers (#1–#15)
Each hinge is numbered to indicate its position on a sectional garage door:
-
#1 – Center hinges between panels
-
#2–#5 – Lower and middle door sections
-
#6–#12 – Taller or heavier commercial doors
-
#13–#15 – Extra-tall or specialty sectional doors
When replacing a hinge, match the number stamped on your existing hinge. If the number is not visible, measure the distance from the hinge base to the roller hole and confirm with your door manufacturer’s specifications.
