Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, carrier options, and order weight.
Expedited Shipping
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping at checkout.
However, if you need an order rushed or have special time-sensitive requirements, please contact us. In many cases, we can work out a custom expedited shipping solution depending on carrier availability.
Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to begin showing movement.
If you have not received your package within 7 days of the shipping confirmation, please email us at info@mygaragedoorparts.com with your name and order number. We’ll be happy to assist.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
At this time, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Please use a physical residential or commercial address when placing your order.
