Springs Components & Kits

        To properly install springs, you will need the necessary components to secure, the shafts, the spring, cables, stationary and winding cones. There are many variables when buying components, often buying kits will have majority of the parts needed for assembly.

        Spring Anchor brackets are needed to connect the torsion spring cones for holding the spring in place while spinning. The Torsion cones need to be measured by the inside diameter, and keep in mind left wind cones go with left wind springs, and the same goes for right wind springs need to go with right wind springs. Cable Assemblies connect to the drums on the ends of the torsion spring as the pulling mechanism for the doors. Commercial doors use spring blocking for heavier doors to prevent sagging.
