Left- and right-side mounting brackets designed to support compatible Clopay and Ideal Door EZ-Set torsion spring assemblies.
The Clopay 0122505 EZ-Set Torsion Mounting Brackets provide secure mounting support for compatible residential garage doors equipped with a Clopay or Ideal Door EZ-Set torsion spring system.
This set includes one left-side bracket and one right-side bracket. The brackets install at the upper corners of the garage door opening and help support the torsion tube, cable drums, and related EZ-Set hardware.

EZ-Set Torsion Tube Support
The mounting brackets provide support at both ends of the EZ-Set torsion assembly. Once the compatible components are properly positioned, the brackets help hold the torsion tube and cable drums in alignment above the garage door.
Header and Jamb Installation
The brackets are positioned at the upper corners of the door opening. Depending on the existing door configuration, they fasten to the left and right jamb areas and connect with compatible flag brackets, hanger angles, or supporting hardware.
EZ-Set Systems Only: These mounting brackets are specifically designed for compatible Clopay and Ideal Door EZ-Set torsion spring systems. They are not universal end bearing plates and should not be substituted for standard torsion, extension spring, or Wayne Dalton TorqueMaster hardware.
