Clopay® 0120510 Quick Turn Bracket Without Rollers
Genuine Clopay low-headroom bracket designed to help compatible residential garage doors turn into the horizontal track with reduced overhead clearance.
The Clopay 0120510 Quick Turn Bracket is designed for compatible residential sectional garage doors with limited overhead space. It changes the position of the top roller assembly so the top section can follow the track through a tighter turn.
This galvanized steel bracket can allow a properly configured garage door to operate with approximately 9" to 12" of headroom. It is supplied as one bracket without rollers, allowing the correct rollers and mounting hardware to be selected separately for the door.
Low-Headroom Design Helps the top section transition into the horizontal track where standard top fixtures may require too much overhead clearance.
Genuine Clopay Part OEM replacement bracket identified by Clopay part number 0120510.
Rollers Not Included This listing includes the Quick Turn bracket only. Garage door rollers and related mounting hardware are sold separately.

How a Quick Turn Bracket Works
A standard top roller fixture may position the top roller too far from the door section for a low-headroom installation. The Quick Turn bracket repositions the roller assembly so the top section can begin turning into the horizontal track sooner, reducing the clearance required above the door.
Common Applications
- Residential garages with limited ceiling clearance
- Garage doors installed close to ceiling-mounted obstructions
- Low-headroom track configurations
- Replacement of damaged or missing Quick Turn brackets
- Compatible Clopay residential sectional doors
One Bracket Per Package: This product is sold individually. Depending on the garage door design, one bracket may be used on each side of the top section. Confirm the required quantity before ordering.
Rollers Not Included: This listing includes the Clopay 0120510 Quick Turn bracket only. Garage door rollers, roller stems, bolts, nuts, track, hinges, top fixtures, and other mounting components are not included unless specifically stated.
Headroom Notice: The 9"–12" headroom range is a general application reference. Actual clearance requirements depend on the door height, track radius, top fixture position, roller type, spring system, opener location, framing, and overall track configuration.
Compatibility Notice: Verify the original Clopay part number, existing top bracket design, mounting-hole pattern, track radius, available headroom, roller-stem diameter, roller-stem length, door thickness, top-section construction, and track configuration before ordering.
Do Not Remove Bottom Brackets: This product is a top-section Quick Turn bracket. Do not loosen or remove garage door bottom brackets, lifting cables, cable drums, or spring hardware while the system is under tension. Those components may be under extreme force and can cause severe injury.
Installation Safety: Close and secure the garage door, disconnect the automatic opener, and prevent the door from moving before replacing or adjusting top roller hardware. Improper bracket positioning can cause the roller to bind, leave the track, or interfere with door travel. Professional installation is recommended when compatibility or adjustment requirements are uncertain.
