Galvanized-steel reinforcement bracket designed to strengthen the top garage door section and create a secure connection point for the opener arm.
The Clopay 3520120 Narrow Operator Reinforcement Bracket installs vertically along the center of a compatible garage door’s top section. It provides a stronger mounting location for the garage door opener arm than fastening the opener directly to the thin door skin.
By distributing the opener’s pulling and pushing forces across the center stile, this bracket helps reduce flexing, cracking, tearing, and distortion around the opener connection. Its narrow profile is designed for compatible residential steel garage doors with a center stile or factory-punched center mounting holes.
