RBB-75 Bottom Bracket Specifications
The included RBB-75 residential bottom brackets are made from 13-gauge steel with a black powder-coated finish and Milford pins. Each bracket measures approximately 7-1/8" high × 3-1/8" wide with a 1-1/4" side flange. The pair mounts at the lower left and right corners of the garage door and provides the attachment point for the lift cables and bottom rollers.
Roller Specifications
Each roller features a 2" steel wheel with 10 ball bearings, a 4" long stem, and a 7/16" stem diameter. The rollers are rated for approximately 75 lbs. per roller at 15,000 cycles on a 12' door and are designed for compatible 2" garage door track.
Installation Notice
Bottom brackets are directly connected to the garage door lift cables and may remain under substantial spring tension. Do not loosen or remove the bottom brackets while the spring or cable system is under tension. Confirm hinge numbering, roller size, mounting-hole patterns, door height, bottom bracket style, and existing hardware before installation. Professional installation is strongly recommended for bottom bracket replacement.
