Selecting the Correct Hardware Box
Select the kit using the actual height and width of the garage door. First determine whether the door is 7 feet or 8 feet tall, then choose the appropriate single-wide or double-wide configuration.
Door width alone does not determine the correct extension springs. The springs must be selected separately according to the actual weight of the completed garage door.
Extension Springs Sold Separately: Unless specifically stated for the selected configuration, extension springs are not included. Springs must be matched to the actual weight and height of the garage door. Never select extension springs based only on door width.
